Returns Policy

Once orders have been confirmed for custom made garments they may not be cancelled. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your order. 

We ask that you refer carefully to sizing charts and where possible, to try items on. 

Any errors, defects or shortages need to be notified to Termaxx within seven days of receiving the goods.

If there is an error because of our mistake we will correct it. To return faulty garments please email first to info@termaxx.com with pictures and description and then send them to either our production unit in Poland or our repair unit in UK. Postage will be reimbursed with proof of receipt.

Note: Returned garments must be laundered and clean. Soiled garments will be returned to customers without repair.
